Government Announces Hajj 2027 Registration Schedule: Online Process Starts June 22, 2026

The Government has officially announced the Hajj 2027 registration schedule, confirming that the registration process for intending pilgrims will begin from June 22, 2026 under the supervision of the Ministry of Religious Affairs.

The ministry said no applicant, either domestic or foreign Pakistanis, will be considered for any Hajj scheme without undergoing compulsory registration with the official portal online. The police have clarified that no one will be selected for the quota or package without prior registration.

Mandatory Online Registration for All Pilgrims

The ministry said the design of the registration system aims to simplify the management process of the Hajj and to ensure transparency in the selection process. The pilgrims will have to provide their information via the online portal in the prescribed manner and it will remain the main window for them to participate in Hajj 2027.

Authorities also said that the finalised costs, package information and allocation of quota for the Hajj 2027 will be released at a later date.

Policy and Cost Details to Be Issued Later

Although the registration process started this month, the government has not yet announced the cost of Hajj 2027 packages or the selection process. These will be made available when the policy for Hajj is officially approved.

Registration is crucial as it will help identify eligibility and facilitate arrangements for the pilgrims, authorities said.

Key Instructions for Applicants

  • Registration starts: June 22, 2026
  • Mandatory for: All intending pilgrims (Pakistan & abroad)
  • Registration method: Official online portal
  • Policy announcement: To be issued later

Why This Announcement Matters

Hajj is one of the most important religious obligations for Muslims around the world, and Pakistan sends hundreds of thousands of pilgrims to perform the holy pilgrimage each year.
