Massive Response to Hajj 2027: Over 200,000 Pakistanis Register in Just 12 Days

Pakistan Hajj Registration 2027 has witnessed a strong response from intending pilgrims, with more than 200,000 people completing their registration within the first 12 days of the process, according to the Ministry of Hajj.

More than 180,000 applicants have successfully registered on the official Hajj web portal and another 24,000 pilgrims have registered via the official mobile app, the ministry said. The figures reflect the increasing demand for digital services, enabling the registration process for Hajj to be done at the comfort of home.

This indicates that there was a high demand for both the government and private Hajj schemes, with a total of over 154,000 applicants choosing the government scheme and approximately 49,000 applicants opting for the private scheme for Hajj 2027.

The data shows the figures province wise, with Punjab having 95,000 registrations and Sindh having 63,000. KP had 28,000 registrations while Islamabad had 9,000 registrations.

On the other hand, 5500 pilgrims from Balochistan, 1200 from Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) and 600 from Gilgit-Baltistan registered for the pilgrimage.

The ministry records that 119,000 pilgrims are registered men and 84,500 women – a wide range of participation from across Pakistan.

The Ministry of Hajj has encouraged intending pilgrims to complete all remaining formalities within the announced timelines and continue using the official digital platforms for updates regarding the Pakistan Hajj Registration 2027 process.
