Pakistan Issues Hajj 2026 Safety Advisory for Pilgrims in Saudi Arabia — Full List of Emergency Helpline Numbers

The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony has issued an important Hajj 2026 safety advisory for Pakistani pilgrims traveling to Saudi Arabia, urging them to keep all essential emergency helpline numbers saved and easily accessible during their sacred journey.

The step has been taken to facilitate swift access to medical, security, transportation and guidance services during Hajj 2026 when millions of pilgrims will converge in the holy cities, officials said.

Hajj 2026 Emergency Helpline Numbers for Pakistani Pilgrims

The ministry has said that the following official helplines will be operational in Saudi Arabia for Pakistani pilgrims:

  • 911 – Emergency and security services
  • 999 – Police assistance
  • 997 – Ambulance and medical emergencies
  • 998 – Civil defence emergencies
  • 996 – Road security and transport assistance
  • 937 – Health information and complaints

Dedicated Hajj 2026 Support and Guidance Center

The ministry also introduced a special centre for information, complaints and assistance on Hajj, available through:

  • 1966 – Hajj support, complaints, and general guidance services

It will also assist pilgrims in addressing issues of accommodation, transportation, lost documents and other issues while in Saudi Arabia.

Religious Guidance in Multiple Languages

Authorities have set up a special multilingual fatwa helpline for religious queries and guidance:

  • 8002451000 – Religious guidance and fatwa services (available in 16 languages)

The objective of this service is to support pilgrims when it comes to Islamic rulings, ritual and religious questions on the Hajj.

Government Advisory for Pilgrims

The ministry has strongly advised all Pakistani Hajj pilgrims to:

  • Save all emergency numbers in mobile phones
  • Keep written copies of important contacts
  • Contact relevant helplines immediately in case of any emergency
  • Follow official instructions throughout Hajj 2026

Officials emphasized that quick communication with authorities can help prevent delays and ensure the safety of pilgrims during critical situations.
