The National Moon Sighting Committee of Saudi Arabia will announce the start date of Ramadan after holding a meeting on Friday. However, the meeting will presided over by the Saudi Arabia’s Supreme Court.
If a Ramadan crescent moon appears anywhere in Saudi Arabia, citizens are ask to report their findings to their local authorities.
Moon Sighting Committee of Saudia Arabia is the department which announces the sighting of the new moon. Meeting for moon sighting will hold today, though the first Ramadan to begin on April 2, 2022 tomorrow.
