Job Opportunities in FIA, Advertisement Released

The Federal Public Service Commission has opened online applications for 34 officer level positions in the Federal Investigation Agency. The final submission deadline is set at August 31, 2026.

The Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) officially announced a recruitment drive for 34 positions in Basic Pay Scales (BS) 16 and 17 within the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA). The recruitment covers operational and legal roles across the country. Candidates must submit their applications through the FPSC online portal before August 31, 2026.

According to official FPSC criteria appointed officers are subject to deployment anywhere in Pakistan. Both advertised roles carry temporary initial status with a strong likelihood of permanent conversion based on performance and departmental requirements.

Superintendent (BS-16)

Qualifications16-year master’s degree or 14-year bachelor’s degree paired with two years of relevant administrative or departmental experience.
Age Requirement20 to 28 years, plus a general upper-age relaxation of 5 years (up to 33 years).

Application Process

Applicants must deposit the prescribed processing fee via 1-Link PSID generation before completing the online registration form on the FPSC official portal (fpsc.gov.pk). Written objective type multiple-choice questions (MCQs) tests will tentatively begin in October 2026.
