National Savings Launches Digital App in Pakistan for Online Investment and Account Services

The Central Directorate of National Savings has officially launched the National Savings Digital App, introducing a new way for customers across Pakistan to manage their investments and financial accounts without visiting National Savings centres.

The newly launched National Savings Pakistan app offers a range of digital services, allowing users to check account balances, download e-statements, view transaction history, monitor investments, and track profit details directly from their smartphones.

In a major step towards digital banking, customers can also purchase National Savings digital investment products through the mobile application, making investment services more accessible and convenient.

According to officials, the initiative aims to provide secure, reliable, and 24/7 access to National Savings services while reducing the need for physical visits and long waiting lines at National Savings offices.

The National Savings Digital App is available for download on both the Google Play Store for Android devices and the Apple App Store for iPhone users.

In addition to the mobile application, National Savings continues to offer customer support through its dedicated helplines, including the ATM Helpline (+92 51 111 267 268) and the Mobile Application Helpline (+92 51 111 728 464).

The launch of the digital platform is expected to improve customer experience and support Pakistan’s ongoing shift towards digital financial services.
