In online fitness test, Sarfaraz Ahmed and Babar Azam result shows that they are the fittest among all players.
Pakistan Cricket Board has conducted online fitness test to assured that contracted players are keeping their fitness during this lockdown because of coronavirus.
Official reports of the fitness test do not release yet but according to the sources former team captain Sarfaraz Ahmed, opener batsman Babar Azam, Shan Masood, and Imam-ul-Haq were the fittest of all. However, Sarfaraz, Babar, and Imam are one of those players who usually remained in the list of those players who barely pass the fitness tests. But during this lockdown with limited resources, they have come out with outstanding fitness results.
Other cricketers including Azhar Ali, Asad Shafiq, and Muhammad Abbas also maintain their fitness mark up to the level as well. All-rounder of Pakistan cricket team Imad Waseem who had been in and out from team due to his fitness issues has also improve his fitness level.
Whereas Yasir Shah, Abid Ali, and Shaheen Shah Afridi did not appear in the online fitness test. They will give the test in next week.
As per the sources Yasir Malik, national strength and conditioning coach, are compiling the test results and will send them to chief selector and head coach Misbah ul Haq.
