Karachi Heatwave Alert: Temperature to Rise to 43°C from May 29 to June 1

The Meteorological Department has forecasted a heatwave in Karachi, Pakistan’s largest city, starting tomorrow and lasting until June 1st. Residents should prepare for extreme temperatures and potential health risks.

Today, Karachi will experience hot and humid weather with strong winds. The heatwave will intensify tomorrow, with temperatures expected to soar between 40 to 42 degrees Celsius. By Thursday, temperatures may climb further, reaching between 41 to 43 degrees Celsius, accompanied by very hot and dry conditions.

In the coming days, nearby regions like Badin, Thatta, and Sujawal are also expected to experience severe heat, with temperatures ranging from 42 to 44 degrees Celsius.
