BALOCHISTAN: In a bid to promote women’s empowerment, digital inclusion, and economic independence, Balochistan has inaugurated its first Entrepreneurship AI Lab for Women.
Balochistan has launched its first Entrepreneurship AI Lab for Women, a new initiative designed to support women through modern technology, digital skills, and business training. The project aims to help women become financially independent and take part in the growing digital economy.
The lab has been set up with the support of the Women Development Department and DOCH Private Limited. It will provide training in artificial intelligence, freelancing, online business, and basic entrepreneurship skills. Officials believe this will help women learn practical tools that can be used for income generation and long-term career growth.
The project is also expected to open doors for innovation and startups led by women, encouraging them to actively participate in the digital marketplace. By introducing advanced learning opportunities at the local level, the initiative aims to bridge the technology gap and ensure that women in the province are not left behind in the global shift toward AI and digital transformation.
The initiative is expected to generate opportunities in employment, online businesses, freelancing, and technology-driven ventures.
