Shoaib Akhter gets Rs. 100 Million Defamatory legal notice by PCB

(PCB) legal advisor Taffazul Rizvi sent a legal notice to Shoaib Akhter former Pakistani Cricketer for his defaming remarks

While discussing to a local news channel about Umar Akmals 3-year ban by PCB, Shoaib Akhter bashed out PCB publicly and took down himself in controversy, saying that the Cricket board has personal docket with cricketers. He expressed further that Rizvi is an inexpert person for going hard on Umar Akmal

Taffazul Rizvi, PCBs legal advisor taking in charge of the matter and sent a legal notice to Shoaib Akhter of Rs.100 million. Cricket Board discouraged the statement of former fast bowler over his defaming expression. The PCB also explained that the language used by Akhter is disrespectful and unfit in every manner. Abid Saqi, the vice-chairman of the Pakistan Bar Council also supported Rizvi and said that Akhters statement attacked the integrity of an advocate and claimed that these kinds of interfering in the decision of PCB are unacceptable and a crime under cybercrime law.

The PCB also explained that the language used by Akhter is disrespectful and unfit in every manner. This matter is submitted to the Federal Investigation Agency by Rizvi against Shoaib Akhter.
