NHA Increases Toll Tax Rates on Major Motorways and Highways Across Pakistan, New Toll Charges Revealed

The National Highway Authority (NHA) has announced new toll tax rates for several national highways, motorways, and expressways across Pakistan. The revised rates have come into effect from today.
According to the notification issued by the NHA, drivers traveling on major routes including M-1, M-3, M-4, M-5, M-14, E-35 Expressway, Kohat Tunnel (N-55), and Islamabad–Murree Double Carriageway (E-75) will now have to pay higher toll charges.
The revised toll tax rates will apply to various categories of vehicles, including cars, wagons, buses, two- and three-axle trucks, and articulated trucks. The new toll charges are as follows:
On national highways, the new toll rates have set at Rs100 for cars, Rs200 for wagons, Rs300 for buses, Rs400 for two- and three-axle trucks, and Rs700 for articulated trucks.
At the Kohat Tunnel (N-55), cars will charged Rs250, wagons Rs650, buses Rs750, two- and three-axle trucks Rs750, and articulated trucks Rs1,150.
On the Islamabad–Murree Double Carriageway (E-75), the toll fee for cars and wagons has set at Rs300, buses at Rs450, two- and three-axle trucks at Rs500, and articulated trucks at Rs1,000.
On the Islamabad–Peshawar Motorway (M-1), the toll charges are now Rs700 for cars, Rs1,100 for wagons up to 12 seats, Rs1,450 for 13–24 seat vehicles, coasters and minibuses, Rs2,100 for buses, Rs2,700 for two- and three-axle trucks, and Rs3,350 for articulated trucks.
On the Lahore–Abdul Hakeem Motorway (M-3), cars will pay Rs1,000, wagons up to 12 seats Rs1,500, 13–24 seat vehicles, coasters and minibuses Rs2,200, buses Rs3,150, two- and three-axle trucks Rs4,050, and articulated trucks Rs5,000.
On the Pindi Bhattian–Faisalabad–Multan Motorway (M-4), the new toll rates are Rs1,350 for cars, Rs1,950 for wagons up to 12 seats, Rs2,900 for 13–24 seat vehicles, coasters and minibuses, Rs4,050 for buses, Rs5,300 for two- and three-axle trucks, and Rs6,500 for articulated trucks.
On the Multan–Sukkur Motorway (M-5), cars will charged Rs1,500, wagons up to 12 seats Rs2,200, 13–24 seat vehicles, coasters and minibuses Rs3,250, buses Rs4,600, two- and three-axle trucks Rs5,950, and articulated trucks Rs7,250.
On the Dera Ismail Khan–Hakla Motorway (M-14), the toll fee for cars has set at Rs800, wagons up to 12 seats Rs1,400, 13–24 seat vehicles, coasters and minibuses Rs1,850, buses Rs2,800, two- and three-axle trucks Rs3,550, and articulated trucks Rs4,250.
On the Hasan Abdal–Havelian–Mansehra Expressway (E-35), cars will pay Rs400, wagons up to 12 seats Rs550, 13–24 seat vehicles, coasters and minibuses Rs750, buses Rs1,150, two- and three-axle trucks Rs1,450, and articulated trucks Rs1,750.
The toll schedule has issued by the Finance Wing (Revenue Directorate) of the National Highway Authority (NHA) and will remain effective across the country’s major road network.
This marks the third increase in toll tax rates during the current year.
